Centara 1 Card Terms & Conditions for Online Booking Redemption
• Advance Reservation is required for room redemption
• Centara 1 Card points are redeemable for complimentary stays only at www.centara1card.com
• Complimentary night awards stays are only redeemable at participating Centara Hotels & Resorts internationally. Participating hotels may be added or deleted to the Centara 1 Card program at any time at the sole discretion of Centara Hotels & Resorts, members will earn points on the total value of your purchases at Centara Hotels & Resorts that may include food and beverages, spa or any other hotel services.
• All redeemed complimentary night award stays on Centara Hotels & Resorts website do not qualify for Centara 1 Card points earned for their reservation and do not qualify toward any promotions requiring nights or stays.
• Centara 1 Card points redeemed for complimentary night award stays is subject to non refundable point deduction and no further complimentary night credit. Non refundable point deduction applied in case of cancellation, no show, non arrival, shorten stay and early departure. Amendment for Redemption booking is not permitted.
• Each reward is valid for any room type as long as Centara –The 1 Card member has enough points in their account to redeem.
• Reward Night reservations may be booked for multiple hotel rooms on the same stay date at the same property, provided Centara 1 Card memberredeems his points online at www.centara1card.com and has the required number of points for each room as displayed on www.centara1card.com at the time of the booking.
• Reward Night rooms do not include food and beverages, taxes, gratuities or service charge. All additional charges are to be paid directly to the hotel prior to check-out. Transportation costs to and from the hotel are not included.
• Extra person charges apply beyond double occupancy.
• Reward Night reservations are not travel agent commissionable. Reward Nights, in-hotel redemptions, redeemable gift vouchers and merchandise may not be sold or used for commercial gains.
• Point values for any hotel or destination may change at any time.
• Points have no value until presented for redemption by the member.
• Centara 1 Card reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Reward Nights program at any time without prior notice.
